The firm, duly incorporated under the companies Act Cap 486 in 2008, began operations with a team of only four members of staff but has now grown to over twenty and the initial five clients have multiplied many times over.

Our mandate is to provide quality services to our clients to make sure that the tenants are vetted; the rent is collected on time, paying utility bills on time and also undertake repairs whenever necessary. This is done in conjunction with our experts in hand who inspect premises from time to time.

Our team of consists of 20 dedicated staff who have a vast experience in real estate management. During the seven years of our existence, the company has provided the services of Management of properties and reputable commercial and residential buildings ranging from 10 units to more than 50 units, providing a wide range of accounting and financial services.
