Greenzone Property Management Limited is a real estate services firm focused on delivering high quality and customized services to diverse clientele including individuals, Corporates, Non-government government and clients in Kenya. The firm, duly incorporated under the companies Act Cap 486 in 2008, began operations with a team of only four members of staff but has now grown to over twenty and the initial five clients have multiplied many times over.

Today, the company has made its presence strongly felt in the Kenyan property market and can with certainty declare itself a market leader. Then   firm offers a wide scope of real estate services, particularly specializing in real estate consultancy, management and sale of residential properties and a variety of commercial properties in Nairobi, Mombasa and East African region

Greenzone Property Management undertakes management of both commercial and residential properties with a personalized approach to each of its landlords using a team of accountants and well trained property managers coupled with the latest technology in computer accounting. We provide unparalleled management services where rents collected are released as per agreement with landlords, proper accounts and budgets for properties are made.

Property Management

Rent collection and maintenance of a property can be a tedious task when left to an individual owner. At Greenzone Property Management, we offer diligent property management services which involve:

  • Prompt rent collection
  • Presentation of periodic financial reports detailing all matters pertaining to the property
  • Undertaking regular and thorough inspections of the premises and providing recommendations on maintenance or improvement programs
  • Negotiating and administering maintenance and service contracts based on competitive tendering
  • Ascertaining that necessary repairs are carried out quickly with the clients approval under strict supervision

Brokerage represents the core business function of the company. Geeenzone Property management specialize in office, industrial, investment and retail properties. The company’s proven track record in property disposition demonstrates a thorough understanding of building construction, valuation, marketing and tenant/landlord representation.

Buying, selling, renting & Managing Properties on behalf of our customers. Our mandate is to provide quality services to our clients to make sure that the tenants are vetted; the rent is collected on time, paying utility bills on time and also undertake repairs whenever necessary. This is done in conjunction with our experts in hand who inspect premises from time to time.

Our team of consists of 20 dedicated staff who have a vast experience in real estate management. During the seven years of our existence, the company has provided the services of Management of properties and reputable commercial and residential buildings ranging from 10 units to more than 50 units, providing a wide range of accounting and financial services. We support our team to continue to develop personally and professionally by providing a conducive environment for further training and professional development opportunities.
